Manios-uomo.gr is the online shop of the company and provides the users with the possibility to be informed about men’s ready-to-wear clothing and footwear, accessories and purchase them. The webpage sells, that is, these items using technology and low operating cost that the internet offers, so that it can offer its customers its items at the best available prices.

5. Purchase of items – Methods of payment – Returns policy

The items that are posted are presented at retail prices including V.A.T. tax.

Apart from the retail cost, each user / customer pays for the cost of transport, if any, the amount of which will be communicated to him before the final submission of his order. The Company may amend the prices of its items. Any amendment shall not affect existing orders that are being processed or have been dispatched.

The payment of the items may take place via one of the following ways: credit or debit card, PayPal, deposit in a bank account or cash on delivery. After the completion of the order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming his order, which will include all the aforementioned ways of payment.

The customer, upon receipt of the product, is responsible to check whether the packaging is intact and whether the condition of the items received is the desired one or whether there are any obvious problems or flaws with the product so as not to lose the rights arising from the law on defective products.

If the user / customer after the receipt of the order wishes to return an item, the Company follows a policy concerning returns of products that have been sold through its webpage that is lawful with the European and Greek legislation on the protection of the consumers. In this case the customer may return the item within fifteen (15) calendar days from its receipt, as this derives from the lists of the transport company which delivered it. The item that is going to be returned must be in excellent condition and in undamaged packaging and it must not have been used. In this case, the customer shall be charged with the expenses of dispatch to the COMPANY.

No refund will be given for any item if this item has been used or the packaging has been tampered with in any way. In case an item is proven to be defective it is subject to any warranty of the company that manufactured it and the responsibility for its repair and / or replacement belongs to that company.

For their part the users, when performing their purchases through manios-uomo.gr, ought to check the accuracy of the data that they enter before completion and final acceptance.

After the completion of the order the user / customer shall receive a confirmation email for the respective purchase and as soon as the payment is confirmed the items that were ordered shall be dispatched to him.
