Return of items

We, manios-uomo.gr, wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

If, however, there is something that you do not like or was defective or does not fit you, you have the right to ask for the replacement of the item.

For the procedure of replacement, the maximum time limit for return is up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• In order to return an item, you will have to complete and send the return coupon that you received with the item and the respective retail sales receipt.
• The returned item must be in its initial condition.
• The item cannot be returned if the special labels (authenticity labels, protective tags) have been removed or damaged.
• The item must be properly packaged for shipment.
• In case you received a different item from what you ordered the return will take place at our own cost following a communication.
• All items that are returned to our warehouses are subject to quality control. Items that do not meet the aforementioned requirements shall not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his own expenses.
• In case the replacement is not feasible because of lack of availability of the requested item, we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

Refunds take place within 15 days from the date that we will receive the item. In case of cash on delivery, our company will deposit the respective amount to a bank account that you will provide.
